TCT offers high-performance vacuum angle valves in two configurations: the Angle Type and the Inline Y Type. These valves are commonly used as roughing or foreline pumping valves in vacuum systems.

1. Standard Series (50% Opening Orifice) - VP02, VP02M, VY02P, VY02M
- Designed for general-purpose roughing and foreline applications.
- Balanced performance between conductance and size.
2. High Conductance Series (100% Opening Orifice) - VP01, VY01
- Longest bellows travel for maximum conductance.
- Features bellows shielding to protect against corrosive gases and process powders.
- Ideal for harsh processes with heavy particulate environments.
3. Compact Series (20% Opening Orifice) - VP04P, VP04M
- Uses hydraulically formed soft bellows for high endurance and pressure resistance.
- Designed for high-frequency operations in systems with significant pressure differentials.
- Compact size with shorter travel distance for space-constrained setups.
VP01P Series- High Conductance, High Vacuum, Pneumatic Angle Valves
The VP01P valve is part of TCT’s High Conductance Series, offering a 100% opening orifice for maximum flow. Designed for high-throughput systems, it features long bellows travel to ensure optimal conductance and durability. The manual operation model is built with bellows shielding for protection against process particles and corrosive gases, making it ideal for demanding applications in semiconductor or coating systems.
VP02P Series- Standard, High Vacuum, Pneumatic Angle Valves
The VP02P valve from the Standard Series offers a 50% opening orifice, ideal for general-purpose roughing and foreline vacuum applications. It strikes a balance between size and conductance. With its pneumatic operation, the valve provides reliable performance and easy integration into automated vacuum systems. Built with AM350 welded bellows and available with FFKM poppet seals.
VP04P Series- Compact, High Vacuum, Pneumatic Angle Valves
The VP04P valve belongs to the Compact Series, featuring a 20% opening orifice and manual actuation. Engineered for space-constrained environments, this model has shorter travel and uses hydraulically formed soft bellows to ensure high reliability and endurance under frequent cycling. Ideal for systems requiring compact design without compromising performance.
VP02M Series- Standard, High Vacuum, Manual Angle Valves
The VP02M is the manual version of the Standard Series angle valve. With a 50% opening orifice, it is suited for foreline and general vacuum use, where automated control is not required. It delivers the same robust performance and sealing reliability as its pneumatic counterpart, featuring AM350 bellows and optional FFKM seals.
VY01P Series- High Conductance, High Vacuum, Pneumatic In-line Valves
The VY01P model belongs to the High Conductance Series and features an inline Y configuration with a 100% opening orifice for superior flow. It is optimized for processes involving harsh chemicals or powders, with maximum bellows travel and shielding to reduce particle contamination and outgassing. VY02P Series- Standard, High Vacuum, Pneumatic In-line Valves

VY02M Series- Standard, High Vacuum, Manual In-line Valves
